1 Year 100 lb Weight Loss – Mind & Body Transformation

I put together a video with clips from my transformation over the past year. It was TRULY a MIND and BODY transformation! And, believe it or not, my MIND transformation was FAR greater than my body transformation.

  1. "Do more of what makes you happy" may seem like a over-simplistic explanation, and to some may feel like a disappointing message in light of his transformation. You may feel like you want to know what the "secret" was. I think as simple as the message may first appear, there is some layered depth to it. So often we don't do what makes us happy…we do what gives us short-term gratification (food, booze, sex, drugs, etc.), and we deny ourselves the real substantive things in life that ultimately provide the longer term growth and peace of mind. "Do more of what makes you happy" is an affirmation, and a reminder to treat yourself well, be good to yourself, give yourself permission to live your life to it's fullest.

  12. hi, great work men. i have a few questions to you.

    1. Why are you now happier? Did it effect your happiness?

    2. didnt you experienced some burnouts when training so strong ?
    Did you build it up or went from 0 to 100?

    I am affraid that to train too hard will hurt me in the end because i am not used to it.

    How much did you train?

    3. Did you change your food?

    4. What do you do to keep the weight and not gain it again?


  13. Alot of food makes me happy. So that means if I eat alot of food I will lose more weight

  14. So watched video, what's the secret? Was doing exercise the key to lose weight?

  15. I would love to know how your losing weight. I have been lifting heavy and doing cardio 3 to 4 times a week and eating mostly right. I have gained 6 pounds in 4 months

  17. Amazing work dude and well done, l did a year transformation with just bodyweight training, i was quite surprised how much you can change with just your bodyweight…Again good work and keep going… never stop.

  19. I worry about my son all the time with how heavy he is. He is in his late 30's and lacks the motivation to do anything about it and as a parent I feel helpless. He keeps saying he knows he has to do something and that's about as far as he gets. I only wish he would watch this video and he would find some motivation in it. I wonder what changed in this man's mind that made a difference .
