    Andrew congrats. Brix congrats. I know it’s hard especially the holidays coming up. Family and friends tempting you. Football season. All these are things you have to have the right mind set to overcome. But good video and info, just giving the rest of us the motivation to go out there with no excuses and get it done.

    I have found that a bit of competition really helps motivation to keep going with cardio. Started playing squash with the guys from the office, that has helped no end.

    I hate cardio as well but love jumping rope. I found that I get a heck of a cardio workout jumping rope for 15 minutes.

    The best diet tip would be to learn to cook delicious food that's healthy. You can't stick to steamed bland chicken breast. Learn to cook and every meal will feel like a cheat meal

    I struggle so hard with nutrition. I am never consistant. I workout like a beast. The beastly workouts have been super consistant for six weeks now and this past week I really started focussing on nutrition, making small changes. I just hope and pray that I can keep that up through the holiday season. I have stumbled here and there over the past six weeks, but i gigure if i dont give up, i can only go up.
