    Every body chill you can t get that body only in 4 weeks …trust me this is b….th , if you have mom body high fat in abdoman area you will need 3-5 months minimum of this kind of workout.!

    I like your other videos, but ones like these are clickbait. Bottom line is moms who were in shape or skinny prior to having their kids will in a reasonably short period of time, go back to their pre-baby weight. Some exercises may be useful or necessary to help strengthen the ab muscles again, but it wasn't like you were a 400lb whale and now you look like you do. When women do the unparalleled task of pushing a new human being into this world, or have their guts cut open to extract one, I don't like that the immediate response is articles and videos on "how to look pre-baby", when the one thing you are trying to do is let your body recover while you bond with your little one.
