    Whenever I see Indian body builders I really appreciate them for their efforts, it's not a joke to transform a body within stipulated time frame but the moment I see international athlete especially IFBB bodybuilders I can differentiate how much huge they are!! some of them are mass monsters however it's a really great thing that we (Indians) have started to take our fitness seriously in the 21st century. # Hum fit toh India Fit….
