    Sir my Age 24 weight 163.142 pounds height 5.11 …and My BMR is showing 1752 calories /day is that mean I have to consume 1752 calories /day ?? Or I have to multiply by 1.8 ?? If I do that it's showing 973.333 what does that mean ?? M confuse please help me Guru Mann sir

    Sir i think am glucan intolerent i used to have oats shake from pure mass nutrition plan as my brekfast and i got tiny pimples/acne on my arms so i researched and got to know that it happens due to glutan intolerance so eleminated oats from my meal for some days and the acne was clear..so what should i do sirji should i consume oats or not?

    My age is 20
    My height is 5.7
    My bmr comes out 1679
    So my caloric need will be 3022roughly
    But 30% protein will be high for me at age 20 what to do
