    Progressive overload. I’m no expert on weight lifting but I’ve done a ton of research. Read Bigger, Leaner, Stronger by Micheal Matthews and he tells u how to gain/lose weight, what exercises to do, and what reps. Fantastic read

    I drink only water, i eat veggies, fruits, eggs, and i do cardio for like 30min-1hour i rarely even get to 1000 calories a day, cause i dont have obssesion with food but i like it, its not hard for me to eat healthy stuff, in 4 days i lost 2kg. Im hella happy.

    Hey, I started working out and eating better a few months ago and I've lost over 20 pounds but my weight loss hasn't really been consistent. I seem just to drop a pound or two every other week amd other that that I stay the same. I was wondering if you could share your chart of your weight loss (If you logged it), or just give some tips for consistent weight loss so myself along with others don't get discouraged.

    Joey if i gain muscle mass how will that affect my blood pressure? Will it go up or down? My goal is too lose weight and gain a little muscle in the process. I have high Blood pressure and I take meds for it- just wondering how that will affect my blood pressure.
