    Hi Rachael, I am 3 days into eating Keto, I really want to become fitter and healthier. I have just come upon your videos and quickly subscribed as you are so inspirational. After watching this vid on getting started with fitness I feel very motivated to stop procrastinating about what exercise to do and have decided to for the next week schedule in a 30 minute brisk walk daily. (I am carrying alot of extra weight and think I would die of a heart attack if I started running straight up!) I used to run in my younger days and really enjoyed it and ultimately want that to be my goal but I have to start somewhere 🙂 Thanks Rachael for your Video

    I'm late, but I had started 3 days ago thanks to your apartment workout video. Ive been keeping up with it and drinking a lot of water and infused cucumber water, feeling a lot better. I still struggle with wanting to workout every day, but I force myself to do it and it does get a little easier every day! Thanks so much for making all these videos!

    Starting my own little fitness journey today! I only have three months until my beach wedding, so I want to do everything I can to slim down and lose my winter depression weight before my big day! 💪🏽🔥

    I've been going to the gym for almost 6 months now. I think I'm getting a little bit bored of my starter routine, although I do think that I still have "noob gains" to make. What things would you people recommend to keep it more interesting? Should I just try to pick a more advanced routine, perhaps?

    Starting today, I want to add planks and push-ups, and/or yoga moves and find more healthy recipes to add to my routine 🙂 I started getting back into a routine this year with meal prep in Feb, and daily walks/ interval jogging before breakfast this past few weeks. Hoping to keep it up, keep increasing the little habits, and get into a full gym routine.

    Hi Rachel…I want to lose about 40 pounds before my prom that is next year…ik it may be a little unrealistic but I'll be happy if I even get close to losing 30 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight since like January…and at times trail off or start binging and not working out as much. So I really need a plan. I have lost about 5 pounds already but at times I feel like I'm gaining it again. Anyway, ur vid really helped me so thanks. And I'm gonna start over strong tomorrow morning.

    its really annoying i am a really active person i go to the gym for an hour 5 days a week and weight lift with my brother but it dosent do as much good as i would like because i have no choice what i eat as i live with my family and i cook but i have to cook foods that everyone will eat and i dont have the time or money to be buying and making a whole different meal for me all the time.

    I used to be in denial that I am fat and eating unhealthy foods…since most of my friends sugarcoats me about my weight but then something just popped up in my brain, “you’re not eating right,” then I removed all my clothes and stared at my reflection. All I saw was flab of fats. Yes, I do have that curvy shape but I can do better than that. I stopped my bad habits such as drinking alcoholic beverages. I started working out, started eating healthy foods, discipline myself on the portions, and set my goals that I wanna be stronger and healthier, for my future self. I’m excited on the idea of being in love on my hard work, I’m going to continue on taking care of myself because it feels great!

    i started my fitness journey around the end of January. it has been wonderful being able to see my progress even though it is slow (which is how i wanted it anyways). also, the more confidence i have in myself has changed remarkably and i am way more happier than what i was before i began my journey to healthiness!

    I just started my fitness journey and I workout from home because I can't afford a membership. I already feel like my workout has become too easy and too long (the longer it takes the less drive I have and am less likely to complete it).     I've got a six months membership at the gym, I have problems with my back so I can't lift weights so idk how to gain muscle? I'm 17 years old and 155 cm and 62-63 kg- does anyone know how to increase muscle without weight lifting? My metabolism is really low cuz I have low muscle mass

    Hi Rach, Ive just been binge watching your videos and I think you are so amazing and inspiring. Not to mention it is great to stumble across someone from Australia too. (I'm from Victoria). I've recently just had a little boy who is now 4 months old so I feel ready to take the plunge and get myself back on track again. I'm going to start by trying to eat healthier as that is my biggest downfall so if you have any recipes that you love I'd love to try them. Ps, I'm going to follow you on snapchat as well! keep looking fab girl 👍😊
