  4. I’m currently on a weight loss journey and my starting weight was also 180lbs! It was my heaviest but I had finally stopped hating my body and now the weight loss is so much easier.

  6. I just eat healthy natural carbs and left behind the starch. Now glutten and dairy free. No pasta, white rice, no white bread, no sweets, no soda or juice. Working out 30 tp 45 min a day and LOTS of water my vitamins and lost 12lb already. I need to lose 40 pounds and im on my way😁

  7. This woman it truly an inspiration. I feel like all I see online is instant weight loss stories. Things like “Lose 20 pounds in a month” or things along those lines. Real body transformations take time, and consistency. I’m so glad she transformed herself in a healthy way.

  9. For those who dont know, go onto Tdeecalculator.net to find out how many calories you should be eating. Take off 500-1000 from your maintenance calories for weightloss, good luck everyone

  10. I like that attitude finally made friends with my body like that people are always unhappy with body issues but excepting what you have and eating healthy is good. Praise Jesus

  11. Thank you for not doing any crazy poses to make urself look skinnier or different outfits, or tanning, or different lighting. Great work. Let the results speak for themselves. This is what a natural body transformation should look like. This is something that can be maintained and does destroy your body's hormone balance. Great job again. Congratulations.

  25. If I want to loose 20-30 pounds without exercise just eating healthier will like say flabby legs and arms go away or do you have to do exercise?
