  2. Hmm with the more recent research I don't think some parts of this video are accurate.
    As for people out there who are seriously trying to lose weight, I would say try several different things for at least a few weeks at a time each and see what works best for you.
    If you have a hard time starting, I recommend counting your sugar(including from fruit), not the calories as much. It's very easy to go over the daily recommend amount of sugar(25g for most people). Also try drinking a glass of water half an hour before you eat and eat your source of fiber at the beginning of meals.
    Of course, exercise also plays an important role in weight loss and just staying healthy in general.

    Edit: My friend eats from a cup now and I might try that too.(paper cup. You know, party cups and stuff)

  7. Ehh…I am kinda doing this diet the one where u eat one meal a day for one month…will I have any severe problems??
    Just wanted to know…it's been 2 days and I drink green tea and apple cider with honey all time too and I drink water…will I actually lose weight?
    And I when I check my weight I noticed I lost some weight too…I was 61.9 kgs and when I checked it today I was 60.5 kgs…so I guess it works…

    If you start counting calories it can get really toxic which could and end with you being obsessed with counting&burning calories which could end in an eating disorder so pls stay save guys!🥰
