    I don't understand the calorie deficit part, so lets say you burn 1000 calories from your cardio and workout, how much calorie do you gotta take in in order to be in caloric deficit?

    you forgot to mention that you need money to have a flexible diet, many people can't afford to eat like this daily since it cost so much. chicken breast/ lean beef/ turkey patties, all that is expensive af and dont forget protein it's expensive as well.

    how do you cut if you are an ecto..im bulking right now and honestly I dont put on much to any fat..but Im looking to get some more ab definition and some more veins popping..i plan on cutting this spring and I just want to know what im doing because i lose weight extremely fast so I dont want to end up losing all my gains..ya feel
