    what about the weights?? should we increase for every set??GURU MANN U DID WORKOUTS PROGRAM FOR SHREDDED AND RIPPED..WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM..IF I HAVE TO GET LEAN MUSCLE..WHICH PROGRAM SHOULD BE FOLLOWED?

    Hi sir jaisa ki hum usual workouts me karte hain we increase the weights every set so ismein bhi kya we have to do the same thing like we need to add more weights after every set …i checked all the videos but you have mentioned that lift according to your weight like for example if i do the first set with 25lbs so should i go to 40lbs in the next set and so on or should i just do stick to 25lbs for all the four sets…i hope you got my question..big fan of yours!

    Hello Sir, I feel a mild pain in my shoulder while performing barbell bench press…looks like I've injured my AC joint..can you suggest some tips to avoid stress on the joint while doing chest exercises? alternate exercises etc?

    You sould add in Pre-stretches before each excercise and also a Cooldown at the end of your workouts. Keep up the great work! 🙂
