    I am doing this every day for about 2 weeks combined with a diet and i see mayor difference in my thighs they are getting rounder and bigger and my booty is getting bubble-ish and toning in my stomach so it really works. My diet contains: tons of water, spinach, cabbage, ricewaffles, broccoli, chickpeas, sometimes fish but no meat no added oils or salt, and it works very well for me and i've lost some weight my goal is to do this workout for a month and i"ll tell you guys the results 🙂

    Thank you so much.This is a very great one guys you should try it out.
    It was short,easy, did not tire me out completely and best thing i could actually keep going.
    My exams are going on so i have to sit in one place for long time and no time to move and that extra hunger because of brain work.so i always gain weight.
    This i found easy. So i will try to do it on a regular basis. I am sweating with minimal efforts and i think it's good for this time.

    I am adding one more double chin remove routine for 5min with this.hoping i won't get extra chubby while eating and not moving

    I love this workout I used to weight 150 pounds and now I’m at 115 with this workout! It took about 12 months to reach my goal! Keep going and working hard

    Wow I'm so glad I performed this workout again. But can't continue when it starts to plie jump. This is very effective. One of my favorite workout routine.

    I’m attempting to do a ten minute work out every morning and I was currently testing workouts to do I went along with this and it is
    PERFECT I found it just pushes me enough but not too much and it’s also not really easy thank you sooo much 😊

    Good workout minus the jumping part. I would suggest an alternative to those who are not able to jump around. Not everyone can do this, particularly those with joint issues.

    I have been doing this for 2 months +(From 16th July until now) . I did 10 minutes of this, 20 minutes power walk & 1 minute elbow plank + 1 minute full plank. Results : from size 8 (US) to size 4 (US). I am happy.
