  1. Thank immigrants who made US a powerful nation by using their brains. It was wild west country at one time like laws of jungle. No doubt thanksgiving is celebrated by immigrants.

  2. US force other nations not to produce nuclear weapons. But be first to use when everything goes against them.Atom bombing Japan to surrender was pure cowardice. That shows US cannot fight combat wars.

  3. The attack on Pearl Harbor was supposed to be a surprise military strike conducted by the Imperial Japanese Navy against the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The attack led to the United States' entry into World War II.
The 19th Bombardment Group of the U.S. Army Air Forces were operating twelve (12) Boeing B-17 Flying Fortresses, over Pearl Harbor during the time the Japanese were supposed to be attacking Pearl Harbor.

  4. This was NOT a surprise attack. We knew they were coming & set up our navy like fish in a barrel. Lear the truth about Americas war mongering ways.

  5. It won't be long before all of them are gone. Those people saved the world from facism.

  6. Surprised NBC decided to cover some actual news for a change and it's about our actual history, no less.

  7. Unfortunately, it's a forgotten tradgedy. Not unlike Afghanistan, Iraq. Khe-Sahn, Hue, I Drang, Hamburger Hill, USS Forrestal, USS Liberty, Chosen Resevoir, Inchon, Okinawa, IwoJima, USS Franklin, USS Bunker Hill, Guadicanal, Pelalou,Palou, Normandy, Omaha Beach and 100 other miserable, stomach turning battlefields.Dont you get it people. No body cares! Get over it…..The son of a Marine Corp lifer and an 8 yr veteran of the old US Navy's "black oil fleet".

  8. i first read "Commemorates" as "Celebrates". hilarious lack of reading comprehension. lol
#respect for all our fallen heroes.

  9. CNN is removing anti Saudi comments, CNN is collaborating with Saudi Arabia. CNN doesn't care about dead soldiers.

  10. Hey NPC, next June 8 do a vid on the 53rd anniversary of Israel's attack on the USS Liberty

  11. At least 14 people hate America. Shame. Hopefully they don't live here. The men that died at Pearl Harbor died fighting for America, the nation you obviously scorn.

  12. The fact there are 14 Dislikes on this is sickening. Bless every one of these heroes. Those who survived, and those who were lost.

  13. The Jews ordered FDR to bait Japan into doing this because they knew the American people did not want to fight Germany.

  14. Pearl Harbor, citizens, and families blessed them all. This wouldnโ€™t happen to anyone.

  15. ๐Ÿ‘„ o o o it feels good ๐Ÿ„

  16. Elder Abuse wheeling them out into the Hawaiian sun to cook so the glorification of the military religion can postulate.

  17. Oh!? He was on the what? Tweeting who?!

  18. The Roosevelt administration put an oil embargo on Japan seizing 90% of their oil. Also, Japan also got 93% of their metal from the US at that time and that was seized. Japan was in an all out war with China they had no choice. Our own government knew it and wanted them to attack.

  19. To those who died on Pearl Harbor
I pray for you and bless you with my heart โค๏ธ

  20. I loved our presidents solemn speech comenerating this sacred day in American history!

  21. Bet FDR never thought we would have an enemy planted in the white house as we do now

  22. The American military, being crippled after this attack, was powerless, leaving this country open to attack and invasion. The over 2,000 people that died, both military and civilian, being recovered from the smoldering wrecks, sunk ships, blown up buildings and scarred streets of the port. Amazingly the enemy did not take the opportunity to invade, although they did try a few more weak attacks. They were afraid, not of the American military, or its allies fighting in Europe, but of us. The people. They were afraid of the citizenry, who were angered, frightened and well armed. They did not think they could stand a chance. And the military regrouped, America, from industries and corporations, to small businesses and households, redirected their labour, rescources, and money to restore our Military might so we could attack the enemy. Our men went to war, our women to work and the field hospitals. WWII wasn't just a fight between Governments, or a fight between our soldiers and theirs. It was a fight between we the people against them the enemy. We won, because we were strong, not just economically, not just militarily. We were a united people who recognized that we needed to preserve our country, heritage, culture, and sovereignty. May the victims of the attack on Pearl Harbor rest in peace, as well as all the soldiers, doctors, workers, and American citizens who aided in the fight. No contribution was too small, and many were too much, may we never forget.

  23. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ … The Bankers started WWI and WWII the attacks we're allowed, just like September 11th to start WWIII.

  24. The Japanese atrocities during WW2 are sickening.

  25. you ask a young person what happened today most dont know keep the memories alive educate the youth on history

  26. May they all rest in peace. God bless those who serve and their families.

  27. God bless all of them !!!!
