    Hello the greatest results that ive had was by using the Toms Magic Shortcut (just google it) – without a doubt the no.1 method that I have ever seen.

    Not easy to jump on a moving treadmill and this video says to do it eight times. With the speed increasing every time, a recipe for disaster in my opinion. Should have at least included a warning about this. Especially for people that haven't sprinted on a treadmill before.
