I hate cardio, I've been lifting for 6 months and honestly I see a lot of difference, but still I have a long way to go. Once you get into it, it becomes a lifestyle.

I started lifting about a week and a half ago, and I’m loving it. I feel so accomplished when I get out of the gym, and I can already tell that my body is changing a little. I feel stronger and lighter as well. Thanks for this video. It inspired me to keep going ♥️

yes!! I absolutely hate cardio, like feeling out of breath and like you're gonna die, ugh it sucks. weight lifting is actually fun in comparison! I love feeling strong and watching myself get stronger, and watching my muscles get bigger and stuff!

I loved this video! I am wanting to shift into weight lifting, but i'm nervous. My knees aren't great and I have had some pelvic floor issues since giving birth and I don't know if lifting heavy is a good idea for me. Any thoughts? And how do I start? Is there a program you rcommend?

My gym is mainly machines, and we only have a small free weights area. That area is always filled with super buff men😔 As much as I want to lift weights, I’m scared to go into that small area as a beginner

I love circuits, and do circuits (agility and plyometrics)first, before my heavier strength circuits. The strength circuits include sled pushes with 45 lbs, hex bars (25 lbs plates), dumbell presses 7.5 kg etc, and it increases as I go.With a coach. So it depends on your circuits. I used to add weights as I went and was in really good shape. I just needed access to heavier weights, so I started strengtth & conditioning at a sports facility with said coach. It's so much fun.

Great video! And I do some weight lifting ig, but for example with squats I don't increase my weights that much, I'm not sure how much I can push myself, and I think it's also because I'm scared of getting hurt. I don't know when I can add more weights cause it feels like I get just as tired from doing the same sets and reps I did a month ago as I do now, maybe I'm not eating correctly so I'm not getting that much stronger? but idk
