  11. My joy to test “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) fat loss program is at all time high. My very own eating habits and my frequency of few exercises wasn`t altered and change. More than a period of a month, I shed about 6 lbs. The process has allow me to ate lesser and getting full is quicker. .

    • skip breakfast completely
    • oatmeal and raisins for lunch
    • normal dinner
    • no more soda
    • Walk 2hrs daily
    • one cheat day per month

  21. I really liked the last tip. I weigh myself everyday when I start a new diet, and then get really discouraged when I'm not losing what I expected day by day. I have realize that my weight won't change overnight so I won't easily give up
