  4. Well you will definitely loose weight trying to survive on that,probably just get by if you're sitting in a office all day. Anybody working for a living no chance. Come to think of it that's probably all the advice most people on here need .( get some exercise)

This lifestyle has truly taught me how to eat right again, not having to eat every minute of the day, lol… plus the food combinations are delis, I just have to get on board with the intermittent fasting more and I'll be set. I've lost 20lbs since July. Going for my next 20 by end of November. Try to keep my goal at 20lbs a goal. Needed to lose 60lb, almost there!!!!!!!!

  8. So this is obviously pitched at people with no idea what keto is. She explains everything using everyday terms until she casually mentions my macro's. What are my macro's? Could've explained in text while she kept on talking but nope!

    Chicken
    Broccoli
    CHEESE like quite a bit.

    really surprised how much my waste has tightened up since i started. since i only took out my normal rice and added cheese.

  11. The music could be turned down. The music is distractIng, especially for ADD persons.

  12. So what would happen if i eat, bacon, eggs, steak, chicken almost daily? And take a fish oil pill since i hate seafood and veggies

  14. The keto diet is great. Now I'm on a fasting diet. I only drink water for 12 hours every day. Once I lose some weight this way I will try Keto diet too.

  16. You gave me some advice about a month ago when I was having difficulty with stomach pain in fasting, and I thought you would like to know how it turned out. I am comfortably en soused in KETO/OMAD now and today 48 lbs down, I feel great and had a good doctor's checkup. Started walking 40 min/day last week. CW264 Apparently the sweet spot in weight loss is about 2lbs/week. Thanks😎😎

  17. When I first started the diet I wanted to eat anything that wasn't nailed down. Now I get full off of my 1 egg and 1 avocado breakfast, hard cheese for a snack and bulletproof coffee. I don't get hungry until late in the evening and even then it's more like a whisper of hunger rather than a shout. Thanks for the info!
