South Carolina authorities discuss Hurricane Dorian preparations

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster and Palmetto state authorities hold a press conference as Hurricane Dorian eyes the East Coast.

The National Hurricane Center said Hurricane Dorian will move “dangerously close” to Florida late Monday through Wednesday night. It’s then expected to turn toward the northwest, roaring parallel to Florida about 30 to 40 miles offshore, before continuing north along the East Coast deep into the week.
