Millions are in the dark again — for a second straight day — as frustration mounts over preventive power outages. Pacific Gas and Electric has cut power to hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses, hoping to prevent powerful winds from sparking a blaze from faulty power equipment.

  5. Well looks like y'all need to start buying generators for your home and businesses, I'm sure generac will be glad to help, plus you should also look into solar power combined with a Tesla powerwall,  power can be made self-sufficient
