  8. What would make your cells happier and healthier ? First of all it's no bit secret anymore, eat plant based, ditch animal products. Only animal products contain cholesterol that we don't need at all. Our body produces all the cholesterol we need, animal protein is the main cause of diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, clogged arteries etc. And you're not giving up on anything, you have plant based alternatives, so many you can even be fat on a plant based diet, of course, best thing is to stick to whole foods. Eat processed as less as possible.

  15. People won't move their lazy asses nowadays. You need exercise to stay fit, doesn't matter how much you deny that. Your body is designed to move, you can't go against evolution.

  21. Yes!! Tweaks is literally the key to losing weight and controlling diabetes. There is a replacement for everything if you look hard enough – or you can make your own. Even switching two things like wheat flour and white sugar for almond flour and xylitol would make a huge impact!

I ate less perfectly lost more weight l Loww carb 2 to 3 times a day not 6 and accidently was intermentant fasing eating kerrigold butter grass fed w toat 4 egg yolks cooked gave white to the dogs and lots of nitrate ftee bacon.Dr office announced I lost 14 ppunds. 10 each tome before. I ate bad tjings bit a lot of burgers w extra lettuce no bun I think butter can make your pants fall off.When I ate perfectly nothing.

For 15 days of following the programs, I burned TWELVE pounds Obviously I exercise once or twice weekly, and also eat healthy. The effect presented to me is wonderful.
