If the government does not do anything about this, not only the victims lives are destroyed but also the officers, ether they lost their jobs and their reputation are destroyed, they end up regretting later by doing long years in prison. Now it becomes discouraging to be an officer. There should me ongoing mental health for officers and ongoing training about what they can and cannot do. Congress should put laws in place. Now we are afraid of criminals and officers alike.
