  4. I have used quite a few fat reduction plans already but none of them provided me the results just like I acquired with this “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) program. Also I am not eating much as I was previously, I still do not feel jittery or perhaps feel a crash I’ve shed about 15 lbs since applying this item. .

  21. So did I get this right?
    Avoid dairy such as milks, cheese, sour cream…avoid anything with refined sugar….and no processed foods.
    Eat lots of meats veggies and some fruit and grains are ok.

  23. Hello new gerneration! I lost about 40 lbs way back when I was in my 20's and have kept it off, still eat the same way and I am almost 66 now. Sheesh…time flies. I eat much the same way you do!! Veg, friut, meat…low carbs, low fat, low dairy, low sugar. Welcome to the club!

  25. I love your video! i am fighting now with Hyperthyroidism since 3 months… but keeping the body clean really helps! Can i ask – Were you always Hypo, or you started with Hyper? My doctor is always afraid i will pass to Hypo with my treatment.

  26. Your metabolic rate doesn't change via your diet, diet has very very little effect on metabolic rate. You probably just have more muscle. Just eat a deficit and you lose weight..
