Please call some real experts next time, why do Russians deliberately target civilians with their expensive military hardware? There is no doubt Ukraine is using civilians as human shield like Taliban did in Afghanistan . and that happens when a small fighting force have to defend themselves against a big fighting force. The only way out of this war is a negotiated settlement no matter how much we hate Putin or Russia. how many people have been killed and wounded in Iraq since the 2003 United States invasion.
