“Bitcoin” is not legal tender. It’s just company scrip. Historically, scrip was issued by employers to be used as a cash equivalent in company stores. But scrip has been illegal for a long time. As an example, Walmart would not be permitted to issue Walmart one dollar notes. The people of the United States are legally required to pay bills with authorized bank notes. Nothing else.
What’s happening is that the dollar has been massively inflated; but nobody knows where the money went. Pretty soon, an inflation rate of five hundred percent will kick-in, but Washington D.C. will feign ignorance. They’ll say that they don’t what happened to the money! So then, they’ll recommend that people switch to non-dollar alternatives. Privately held scrip such as Bitcoin. But Bitcoin is just a trick that Washington D.C. is using to hide the theft of twenty trillion dollars. The attempted switch to Bitcoin is a magician’s sleight of hand.
So let’s ask: Exactly where is that twenty trillion dollars? It’s electronic money, so tracing it and arresting the culprits should be easy. Start with the Federal Reserve, and the Treasury. Then the D.O.D. But our government has collapsed, so nothing will be done. The criminals have taken over the prison. The Federal Reserve no longer has a legitimate function; so our only remaining option is for regional governments within the United States to issue new paper bank notes.
For example: the Colorado dollar, the Texas dollar, and the Vermont dollar.

That titanium bottle opener was chewing up the screwhead as the lack of functionality was demonstrated, and as a bottle opener looked like it needed more effort than most others.
