This is not the first time this happened. There was a case 5 years ago where five teens throw a huge rock off the side of the freeway and killed a man!
At what point did these kids think this was funny? That's telling me their parents never discipline them, I don't mean beat them, I mean saying no to them and holding them accountable for their actions!
