You can bet those released Billions will not be used for humanitarian purposes or else conditions to guarantee this would have been built in to the deal to include that other Iranian funds previously committed to non military or related uses wouldn't now be released for such uses replaced by these funds. I applaud getting Americans released but how about some responsibility on the Iranian Americans part for exposing anthem selves to captivity in the first place. Its not as if they were trapped in the midst of a coup, Iran has had it in for Americans ever since 1979 and I can imagine that Iranian Americans traveling back for any reason come under strong suspicion even if their actual purpose in going there was purely innocent.
