There's no reason for a 4 year old to be wondering on a highway anyways the parents need to be locked up for the rest of their lives

When I was a kid, I sleepwalked one night and opened the door to get out. Luckily my mom was awake to chase after me. Later someone I know had a teenage daughter who one night all the sudden sleepwalked outside. The whole family panicked. Luckily they found her asleep in the garden. So you don't know that the mother was negligent. Parents aren't superhumans, there are moments that they don't have control over. Kids can also be mischievous and think that they can do what they want in the dark. When I was a kid, I loved to hang around in my complex at night too, thinking nobody would bother me
And Indiana just banned all abortion rights. ! 🙄
Sometimes kids wander OFF. Driver is responsible, period. 😝

Make it law to file for pregnancy so only the responsible and wealthy can have kids. Also you should have to be alteast 25 or 30 to have kids. Make it law. Too many mouths to feed in this world
kids are smart and can easily figure out how to unlock doors even ones with chains on top. i’ve seen kids move chairs, boxes, etc and reach things that are high up. while this parent might have been irresponsible, it could have been any combination of things. might want to wait to pass judgment.
Charge the parents if the parents were black they would charge the parents
Victims are the poor baby boy and the driver who is traumatized by this accident…. the stupid parents should be more responsible!
beyond unacceptable and irresponsible on the parents' behalf. don't have a kid if you couldn't be arsed to look after him and childproof your entryways……
The first question is why a 4-year-old is wandering around alone outside at 4am?? That's the cause of this tragedy. Arrest whoever's responsible for that! That poor baby. And that poor driver.

This reminds me a couple of weeks ago when l was walking out of a store and I noticed a 3-4 year old running out into the parking lot alone. I grabbed him by his hand and had to find his Mom, but if there was a car coming he would of been hit for sure.
oh she was almost old enough to be forced to have a baby in Indiana.
