I blame the parents who had the gun in the house and did not secure the weapon.
The parents should be charged for this shooting.

It is a crime in Utah for someone to furnish a gun to someone under age 18. It does not matter whether that person did it intentionally or not.
Many states are allowing constitutional carry, thus removing the requirement to take State mandated training for a license.
For all of you that carry guns concealed out in public and don't think you need any training, it would behoove you to take a $50 class to know what the laws are, to learn safe storage of firearms Etc it's worth the money
