Firefighters battled a blaze that broke out in a shanty town near to the upscale Seoul district of Gangnam. Hundreds of people were evacuated but there were no immediate reports of casualties.

Homelessness is a world-wide issue. No one wants to live in flimsy housing or outdoors, but everywhere poor people live in shacks or on the streets.
I'm pretty sure this was NOT and accident. They rich want their land back.
Not SHOCKED at all! When people truly do their research and realize who truly benefited from Seoul/Gangnam especially after the Korean War there you will understand how corrupt South Korea truly is.
