It's like people who barely began working there were hearing nothing but negative comments about this team leader, it called wolf packs forming alliances, I can't stand people like that and the Walmart I worked at immediately I was singled out because I wasn't trying to fit into the wolf pack. Managers at Walmart they need to learn how to do mediation I'm sure HR was aware of many complaints about this manager yby several employees yet they don't take the time to see is it the person being complained about or the wolf packs. I'm sure by the people just running their mouth to new comers were making sure people were intimidated to approach or form their own opinion of him and I'm sure he felt how I felt at one point feeling attacked, lied on and helpless. I just left though I fell into a deep depression I felt the head managers did nothing to look into surveillance for behavior patterns or take people off to the side to hear others views. Noone said they had a issue with him yet described wolf packers warning them which could have painted a false narrative.
So sad not right

This is so sad and this shows us that so many people are depressed, unhappy, sad, etc. but it's not right to kill innocent people, kill yourself if that's what you wish to do. Please let your family and friends that you love them and don't keep grudges with any one and don't let anyone in your life go like a relationship or divorce if it can be fix fix it. We all have an expiration date and we never know when our time is up.
