Major highway outside of "Panama City" what? If he is American, do you mean this protest was outside Panama City, FL? could you please be clearer in your reporting?
Other issue is that the contract was deemed unconstitutional few years back… Also we already did a while back a referendum few months back called pacto del bicentenario, which is a road map to the country we wanted in the future and mining was eliminated… So signing the contract was already out of the country plan.

The biggest problem people outside panama don't know is that the contract gives canada an exclave in panama… The same problem we had from 1903 to 1979… Usa within panama with their laws…
