Sad…my baby accidently called 911 trying to open my wife phone to take her picture. My baby ofc cant speak well.giving her age sis t say anything. They called my wife back 2 or 3 times with no answer. An hour went by without the present of an officer. Really messed up for them to not come and see if anything happened.
This is why police officers quit in droves or outright avoid patrolling black communities everyone and everything is on eggshells if you sneeze you’re a racist and need to be fired no wonder the Buffalo shooting happened people get sick and tired of being sick and tired God Bless

it's like a horror movie where no one believes you – time must have last forever for the poor woman laying down listening to that nuts footsteps walking around the grocery store and the 911 phone operator hanging up on you
This is horrific. If that was the only 911 call made then everybody in the store would be dead. The dispatcher should go to jail.

No excuse for this happening, and I'm glad that this operator is being fired. I'm not entirely surprised though. In Buffalo 911 operators make about $19 per hour on average. A McDonald's store manager in Buffalo makes about $21 per hour on average. You get what you pay for, Emergency personnel and first responders get paid crap for doing some of the most important jobs in the community. It's shameful.
It's the city workers. Fire the operator and black list them for life

911 calls are taped, monitored, so hopefully that dispatcher doesn't get another chance to hang up on anyone else in desperate need again.

Being from buffalo our city of good neighbors has been torn to shreads by a coward with a sick warped plan to divide us. HE NOT ONLY TORE THE SOUL OUT OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD BUT DESTROYED SO MANY OF OUR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS FOREVER. TRY SHOWING SOME COMPASSION TO THE DISPATCHER WHO IS ALSO NOW A VICTIM THAT WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS THE REST OF THIER LIFE.
