The investigation established that on April 8, 2022, servicemen of the 19th separate missile brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out deliberately criminal orders of the brigade commander and other higher commanders and officials of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Acting deliberately, they, using the tactical missile system "Tochka-U" with a cluster charge, which has high damaging properties, fired at civilian infrastructure facilities in the area of the railway station of the city of Kramatorsk, Donetsk People's Republic.
