Atlanta rapper Fredrick Norman, who is also known as “Slowkey Fred,” is one of 11 people facing federal charges for a tracking ring that moved nearly 300 guns from Georgia to Pennsylvania. Prosecutors say some of these guns have been found at crime scenes and in the hands of convicted felons in Philadelphia.

Hey, people let's get something straight. If someone asks you to purchase guns from a gun store, ask yourself, why can't they purchase their own gun(s)? They can't purchase a gun(s) themselves because they have a criminal record and they are prohibited from purchasing gun(s) legally. That is where you, the straw purchaser, comes in. They'll get you and others to buy one gun and then another and another. The next thing you know your gun(s) are being transported to another state for distribution. Sure you made money every time you purchased a gun, but there is also a record of all of the purchases you made. Guess who gets caught up along with the known felon in this criminal scheme? You that's who. So be smart and just say no. You won't get indicted, arrested, and have to spend money on an attorney to try and keep you from going to prison.
