If the utterly stupid city officials would allow Sane, Sober, Moral Citizens to obtain Gun Permits for their self defense after passing training, think of how many less people might now be suffering injuries? There simply can never be enough cops to cover every corner in NYC much less get there in time to stop a violet act. But, if you essentially empower the people to be the first line of defense, you can damn well be sure Crime will go down in a big hurry!
