That tweet helped police conclude that he was the first person to have sighting of James

Think about it, the people that came forward with information, it wasn't in their " culture" to say "snitches get stitches" so they spotted this criminal and notified the police….That's the all American way of being a law abiding citizen….real America!
He didn't want to call the police because he didn't want to be responsible if it was the wrong guy. This is how low our society has sunk thanks to Democrats. People don't even want to call the cops. In fact, the suspect called the cops on himself.
