Weren't the Confederates admitted rebels? Didn't they have the measure of legitimacy in their past status as rebels by virture of the legislative actions of their home State by vote, declaring that a severance of union with the Federal Government existed?
The succession of the Confederates States was by legislative process, not by a clandestine crimminal conspiracy of ambitious individuals working in sedition against the Federal Government's electrol process as in this present day situation.
The Confederates acknowledged their treason and took the necessary steps to reconcile their standing by swearing a new oath of loyalty to the US flag and Constitution. No such thing has happened in Cawthorn's case or any of the others. They are just individual crimminals.

Biden's 1st year approval rating is the same as tRump's, which was prior to the COVID pandemic shutdowns, 1 million deaths, supply chain disruptions, Ukraine invasion, global sanctions, and inflation caused by corporations' opportunistic price gouging.
Thanks to Biden's effective leadership we're hitting 70% herd immunity, COVID deaths are rare, our economy is strong, unemployment is down, wages are up, and we're on the right path to a more sustainable, energy independent future.

I clicked because I like Hallie, first time seeing her name on the "Now" broadcast, so assumed a new anchorship for her (well deserved, assuming it is a promotion – idk), and dissapoint to see it isn't her.
The substitute host did well though, so still watching, but using Hallie's name as clickbait is detrimental to her brand.
If Mariupol is completely surrounded by Russian troops and only ~1000 civilians are hunkered down inside the steel factory, what threat are they and why do they need to be annihilated in order to achieve the overall objective?

Nice! Why can't people work together the way the Ukrainians do? I haven't been able to fly since the pandemic started. Now, I don't know when I'll be able to travel by air because of certain members of society who continuously behave as though their needs are the only needs. They do not care that their carelessness in public is causing so many others to have to stay away from places we need to visit as well. I have rarely been social in two years making the choice to protect my compromised body, thus my life, over meeting my natural human needs to be social. I would blame this on youthfulness, but I see adults behaving more poorly than self-governing children who use common sense and reasoning skills. It is not just the United States where selfishness is deeply embedded in our culture. I see it among people of all Western nations. These people demand that others be law abiding, Yet, they choose which laws they'll abide by. People the world over see hypocrisy by Westerners played out again and again.
What they need to do is lift up the mandate of vaccine ID mandate but still people have a choice to wear mask or not….because most those fully vaccinated were the one who is positive …so what is that ? Vaccinated but still positive.
Get off from vaccine ID mandate…..let the people move freely with mask without vaccine mandate.

66% of the population are considered fully vaccinated.
Furthermore, many people are naturally immune to COVID.
By my calculations, that exceeds the 70% herd immunity threshold that Fauci said that it would be safe to live our lives as normal, again.
IMO, we're more than done with this pandemic.
BTW, I'm NOT a medical professional, nor an anti-vaxxer. I'm fully vaccinated and boosted. Once had mild symptoms for a day.
So, what's the difference between my immune system being exposed to COVID or another booster? Neither are life threatening and both will recharge my immune system, won't they?
