Why is man haves his back towards the camera?
It probably belongs the person or family in possession of the gun.
In there defence it must be very difficult to navigate the world with a very low IQ .
It's somewhat understandable that he thought the gun was a prop under the circumstances. I mean what irresponsible moron brings a gun to a haunted house attraction where there are kids playing?? That person is more at fault than this man. That was an intentional, irresponsible and dangerous act. Thinking the gun was a prop was an understandable mistake. Of course everyone should treat every gun as real unless proven otherwise but under the circumstances where there are performers in a haunted house using weapons as props it's understandable to think the gun was also a prop. A good attorney would get this case either dismissed completely or plea it down to a misdemeanor charge likely with just a fine and community service if anything.
I ain't judging that man you know how many juveniles are murdering people these days. Maybe just make sure your teen knows how to safely handle a gun for self defense.
Brown , what a surprise!
Someones finger prints are on that gun. Besides the shooter. Whose are they.
When U.S politicians receives a lot of money from NRA, more guns to sell and more mass shooting Will happen
Let me guess. This wouldn't of happened if more kids had guns?
This is why guns shouldn't be allowed in some places!!!
Yup, people gonna start doing a “Will Smith”!!
If you are in a stand your ground state on Halloween. Can you just shoot anyone that jumps out to scare you?
pathetic obvious made up excuse. how am I not surprised he was black? (knew it just from the title)
Is this what they mean when you hear the term “ghost gun”
In America's gun soaked Second Amendment free fire zone, an American can get smoked anywhere: mall, church, work, amusement park, country western concert, grade school, high school, university, downtown, political rally, etc.
This is how you know America has lost its mind about guns. Somebody took a gun to a haunted house (WTF?) and then someone grabbed a gun during the haunted house and shot a performer. Like, people need to calm the entire F down 😂
i live on kings hwy in myrtle beach.
The pandemic has sent the unstable over the edge.
Kids need guns too.
Wait what, we shouldn't let our kids keeps guns they find? Lol
Sounds like this was taken too lightly
COVID has changed people for the worse.
