I can only speak to and judge what I see in the video myself and not what is yet to be determined. As I do see that the guy verbally is being an annoying and offensive at same time I didn't see passenger at any point getting physical with Mike if that is proven later on then of course that would change alot of what I'm about to say and think.
While The man was clearly a drunken fool he was still no threat to Mike given his profession and given Mike's past with people trying to provoke exactly this type of behavior out of him I would expect Mike to know better and not let this man's drunken words provoke him. Mike knowing he's a trained fighter should've at least tried to descalate the stitution and have at least tried to report this man to an air flight attendant and allowed them to try and resolve it for him first.
Being a professional fighter doesn't mean one gets to go around resolving every stitution with their fists in fact it's quite the opposite you're held to a much different and higher standard as result. I hate to say this but he did exactly what people who think that he's not a changed man would expect him to do.

He let this guy take a picture with him and then they got on the plane. Fact 2. This guy on video can be seen standing over the protection barrier. Standing over Mike seen hanging over Mikes seat. Fact 4. This guy would not stop. Fact 5. This guy is obviously playing for the Camera and he won't stop. Fact 6. This guy is seen on Video holding a clear Plastic cup with a small amount of a yellowish liquid in it. Fact 7.
