Russia’s Defense Ministry says its forces have fully captured the eastern Ukrainian city of Mariupol except for a steel plant, where up to two thousand Ukrainian troops are said to be holed up. NBC News’ Raf Sanchez explains why Russian troops have created a blockade around the plant and whether civilians and wounded soldiers will be allowed to leave.

Whats the best way through out history to take a fort or city with few casualties? Did the Allies bomb every city in Germany and Japan regardless of civilian casualties during world war 2? If you can answer these simple questions honestly then you you all ready know the answer to every question these so called reporters asked. As far as Putin is concerned, the steel plant is worth more than the people who are still held up in the plant. He hopes to starve them out and then execute them once they start pouring out. Putin stated, he liberated Mariupol more like stole Mariupol from the Ukrainians.
