When they started deciding which business they would allow to stay open, then dictating property leases and telling people they could live off other citizens indefinitely and no longer had to pay rent, without the government even being required to chip in…. at that point I said this is ridiculous.
They are supposed to give advisories like "Wear your goloshes so you don't catch cold" and "Avoid smoking, its bad for your lungs". I'm even on board with "Wear a mask, it helps stop the spread of disease." But they suddenly because some kind of state communist board, deciding who has to house whom and who pays all the bills, and who was allowed to do business on what days. Too far.
