Funny, I keep hearing about how farmers in AZ have to cut back. But never any mention of the 300+ golf courses, each probably a minimum of 100 acres of thirsty, completely alien grass (in the best of times an absolutely depraved, greedy, decadent indulgence in the desert), having to cut back. It's mentioned on the local level, and apparently the golf courses are fighting back, feeling that maintaining their property, which NEVER should been allowed in the first place, should be at least as high a priority as farms that grow the food we need, or the waterways having high water levels to maintain the fish, beaver, waterfowl, etc populations. Talk about an immensely inflated sense of entitlement. Also, the images of the god-damned fountains in Vegas is just infuriating. Really the perfect symbol of America's greed and sense of entitlement. We shall indulge our lust for luxury, pleasure and decadence to the very last drop of water in the Colorado. That is what the story of Sodom and Gomorrah is about. Wontan greed and decadence, not homosexuality. The US is the Sodom and Gomorrah of the Western World.
