If President Biden had billions and billions to send to Ukraine and United States citizens have to fight the government to help them with housing food drug Rehab instead of handing out needles syringes but help with . financial aid for College. Support for first time house buyers. Stop the 20% down payment. United States government has no excuse to say they don't have money to help the United States citizens.
