100% support this lawsuit. I pray she gets a resolution that can save other lives. This ride is terrifying and needs to be tore down if they're not willing to add seatbelts or something. I'd NEVER be flying around at that speed without a proper restraint.

The rider who visited the park a month prior to Tyre’s negligent death- the seat was not the issue.
That part should be left out.
Everybody who saw the video saw that his weight and height exceeded ride standards, he was not properly secured, the pull down bar was extremely ajar, and the operator blatantly fabricated the truth. Additionally he tampered with the seats security to allow Tyre accommodation. The only task to be completed that would have prevented this entire traumatic loss was: “You won’t fit in our seatbelt and it poses a threat to your safety”
Negligence, not an accident.

If they didn’t put him on the ride, the parents would’ve sued the company for racismdiscrimination body-shame. He was too big for the ride. As a mother she should’ve known that her child is going for a ride, she should’ve done more to prevent her child from using rides due to his size.

Dear Heavenly Father!!! I hate these type of rides. Any rides that take you way up in the air and swings you around and shakes you up to me is not right….I truly hate this happened and yes it could have been avoided had the ride operator followed the rules and regulations of the weight and height. They should have immediately stopped him from getting on this ride due to that. Anytime a child is on a ride and they feel something isn’t right TELL THEM TO STOP THE RIDE AND GET OTHERS TO YELL OUT AND STOP THE RIDE AS WELL AND GIVE A WARNING TO THE OPERATOR BECAUSE THEY CAN STOP THAT RIDE BEFORE IT GETS OFF THE GROUND GOOD…My prayers and condolences to this mother; this was truly a heartbreaking story
