Well for one this area is shark capital of the United States. I must say that this little beach town is over rated. Taxes are high and it has become stupid crowded. Flagler ave the strip with all the shops have been a nightmare to navigate around because of traffic and not much parking. The road WAS so quiet and quaint. Not anymore. Too many obnoxious cars with loud thumping radios driving by. It is such a shame I have watched this beautiful town become a pain over the years. It seems to be a place for teens and very young adults walking around with ghetto music playing very loud walking on this strip. I loved it at one time. Us locals can’t even navigate 44 at times. It becomes a stinking parking lot. Ugh
So they come fully furnished with telescope and aquarium with fish too for that price ?
I live near New Smyrna Beach. This listing is totally fake. For many people this might be hard to comprehend, but this beach house would be listed for way more than $2.2 million. And it wouldn't stay on the market long enough to film a TV show viewing it.
