Woman Saves Mother-In-Law's Life Through Kidney Transplant

Karen Risk was placed on the transplant list in 2019 after doctors diagnosed her with polycystic kidney disease. Since many of Risk’s family members were ineligible to donate as the illness is typically genetically related, her daughter-in-law stepped up to the task.
