Didn't Cuomo sign legislation stating women can have abortions up to 8 months just like Murphy and New Jersey…. And in NJ a girl can have one at the age of 15 no parental signature, even more rights to women. The Supreme Court is only trying to pass law stating that States will be in control of their abortion rights. I'm pretty sure New York has nothing to worry about, it will always be legal there. Not sure on all this crazy hype…
