  1. Im other words, “they are flocking to shitty weather states”.

  2. Don’t worry now. Americans complained about ol trump then let slow joe cheat his way in. It’s our own fault that where in this mess. Then the banks are once again loaning money to those who can’t afford these homes. And the appraisers are getting paid off to say they are worth way more than they are. There ya go. Let’s go Brandon

  3. My wife and I grew up in the south. Texas for me and Georgia for her. We live Seattle with plans on moving to a cheaper state 4 months from now. WA state is beautiful but it's gotten super expensive no matter what county you live in. A lot of Western WA residents flock to the Eastern part of the state as its mostly farming towns but they have mentioned that it's only a little bit better. Instead of staying here, we are taking advantage that we are still young and we don't have children (yet), and gonna build our lives where the Constitution still means something while also not being bled out financially

  4. Retire in low to no tax state. High paying jobs and career opportunities are in favor to those blue states

  5. Yeah, they're flocking to low tax states and then vote democrat.

  6. Those batteries for electric cars can cost up to 20 thousand dollar’s to replace…

  7. Make sure we all vote for budget minded folks that are running for office.

  8. Single moms that choose to not get married or divorce just for more bedroom fun. Are not warriors they are worthless trash.

  9. Shutup with the “no tax” states. This is about FREEDOM!!

  10. Hahahaha. WRONG! THEY ARE LEAVING BLUE STATES THIS IS ABOUT FREEDOM NOT MONEY!!

  11. "both of those states don't have no income tax" ummm. I live in SC and we definitely have state income tax. What is this guy smoking?

  12. Any state that has liberals Democrats Progressive socialist you're going to have Doom and Gloom high taxes no job overpopulation of illegals receiving all the free benefits that your hard-earned tax money is paying for while you're pushed out of your home and your job and living in your car on a street

  13. If you move from those bad blue states to a good red state with better off you leave all the blue ideas where you're leaving cuz the red States sure do not need the blue views

  14. Texas is going to be Cali before they can adjust. Never paid in this state but everything is out of price!!

  15. The movement of the population to the south has driven up home prices here, and those who live here can sell a home, but they are not able to buy another. Southern salaries can't do what retirement funds from New York and California can do. I am saddened that our way of life is changing, that in one generation, people will lose their homes and/or not be able to leave those for their children. I want all to be happy, but the elements of the south that were so precious, including small towns, not an abundance of alcohol sales, and the slower pace of life are disappearing.

  16. I love Dave. He gives practical financial advice from the heart. Prioritize over balance is great great advice. He helped me get out of debt, build my emergency fund and fund my retirement just by naming where every dollar goes. I feel more in control and stable. I will always be grateful for his passion delivered financial teachings.

  17. People are flocking to lower or no income tax states? Then why in sam hill are there no homes still available for sale in high income tax states. There are no homes available in my very blue state?

  18. Californians move to TN and be ruled by christian conservative republicans., which I am one. 🙂

  19. When moving from California- Step one= STOP VOTING FOR DEMOCRATS who caused the reasons you all are fleeing from these democrat ruined states!

  20. The other thing about electric cars is that I'd have to charge it at least five times to get from NC to Fort Worth, TX. And that's if I risk getting stuck by failing to find a charging station so I'm on the roadside waiting for help. No, they're really practical only for local errands and commuting.

  21. I wanna retire in Huntsville Alabama someday. I'm worried that someday its going to end up getting flooded by people from CA, WA and NY and will end up becoming a hot spot for real estate.

  22. I made 12,000 in a month day trading and then lost 8,000 in a day!

  23. STOP with Tennessee and the other states! Fix the cesspool your state has become. There may be no or low income tax but other taxes are starting to soar as well as prices on goods and everything else. Wages/salaries haven't come up much at all. The problem is they bring the same mentality to these states that made the state the way it is. They don't change their mindset.

  24. All the liberals abandoning the shitholes they’ve created to go and vote and ruin great states. Faaaaantastic. 🤦🏻‍♂️

  25. Low income tax states just make up for it in a variety of other very regressive ways. Property taxes and lack of services, primarily. In any desirable metro area of Texas you’ll be paying near mortgage-sized property taxes for forever. We don’t own anything.

  26. Liberals should be forced to live where their policies aren't working. No good schools, no police, high crime areas. Maybe food deserts without grocery stores…

    Hmmmm…..

  27. I wish he would explain why should you sell your home if you’re moving out of state

  28. I love Sean. Since Real World days. What a glow up and beautiful family!

  29. The US Government and Politicians have earned zero respect and diminished value coming out of their handling of covid, its not a virus issue, its a people in Government issue. And guess who's in the Oval Office now? Yup, Democrats and their voters did such a fantastic job of assessing what's most important.

  30. Sick of seeing California plates all over DFW area. GO HOME!

  31. left California in 2017 and then moved to an income tax free state last year, best decision ever with all the money saved.

  32. Ramsey thinks believing in Jesus will help your bank account. Of course Faux would seek his opinion.
