WOMEN, listen up: "Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" does NOT apply to you.
The real question, regardless of anything else, is whether a fetus has MORE rights than a pregnant woman has to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. From a slightly different perspective, the right to an abortion is a woman's right of self defense.
LET'S BE FAIR: CASTRATE the father of each unwanted child.
I want to remind you all that jury nullification exists regardless of what the judge tells you. As a jury member you are under no legal obligation to find somebody guilty even if you believe they are. If you beleive the "crime" they comitted should not be a crime it is within your power as a memmber of the jury to render a "not guilty" vote. Just don't talk about jury nullfication to anybody else on the jury, as you can be removed from the jury if the judge finds out you believe in it.
So, if you ever find yourself on a jury regarding a woman being prosecuted for an abortion or any other such healthcare related need, vote NOT GUILTY.
This is why we can no longer tolerate unregulated Religious
Interpreters. Ban All Abrahamic faiths, they are inherently violent,
racist, sexist and homophobic.
The country is not split 74% of Americans are democratic. We always win the popular vote. So why tf do the 36% have any say?? "It's the woman's body": How many times does it have to be repeated that there are TWO bodies in the question of abortion? The body of the woman, and the body of the child. And it is that second body that pro-lifers are making a case for.
