It's not okay, because it's against the law. The law does not distinguish between peaceful and violent protests. It is illegal to protest at the garden fence of private homes of judges. Attempting to intimate judges by threatening them or their families is illegal. And – that's the funny part – as a member of government or government-related institutions (FBI) it also may be illegal to incite people to violence or to deny the enforcement of the law (I'm not sure about the latter). Period.
If you want these protests to be okay, change the law!
